Welcome to the Advanced Lingustics Institute

Introduction
Specialist English Training is becoming more and more an essential requirement for any firm, or individual, intending to diversify into foreign markets internationally or across borders. Since English has become the chosen language for Business and Information Technology world-wide and the most convenient choice as a second language within Europe, all training is provided in English only. In every case the curriculum, choice of texts and specialized vocabulary is specifically designed to meet the needs of the individual and the firm’s corporate strategy.

Services
The Advanced Linguistics Institute was founded by Brian Bensley, as a Freelance English Training Facility in Berlin in mid-1999. Since this time the facility has developed into four streams of services:

  1. Providing general Business English training in groups or individually for
    European-based International Companies.
  2. Providing specialized managerial skills training for junior and senior management
  3. Providing intensive specialized skills workshops and seminars.
  4. Providing Translation, Editing and Proof-reading services

Comments
Learning a foreign language is no easy task, even for those of a high academic skill, and in order to effectively do so, takes time. When you consider that to sustain continued growth in this process, while maintaining the ongoing demands of full-time work, requires a great deal of commitment and engagement on behalf of the student, the firm and the trainer.
With this in mind the majority of our contracts are of a long-term nature and usually run for a period of five or more years. In fact, in most cases, we have become the permanently recognised English training provider within most firms where we work.
